Saturday, March 24, 2007 Forsyth County One of the Fastest Growing Counties in the Country
The analysis this week released by the U.S. Census Bureau indicated that Forsyth County is the 5th fastest growing county in the country. Forsyth County, in the north Atlanta suburbs, is home to much of Lake Lanier. Statistics from the Census Bureau indicate that the population of Forsyth County has increased more than 50% in the last 6 years.

Saturday, March 17, 2007 Two Masters Aren't Just For Rental or Vacation Homes Anymore!
In a recent survey by the National Association of Home Builders, builders and architects predicted that by 2015 60% of custom homes would have two master bedrooms. The reason is not to increase occupancy in vacation rentals, but rather, couples are requesting separate masters due to snoring or waking during the night.
